Postpartum
Concerns
Mental health therapy for postpartum concerns addresses emotional challenges, such as depression and anxiety, and provides coping strategies for the significant life changes of becoming a parent, including identity shifts, sleep deprivation, and relationship changes. Therapists help mothers develop new coping mechanisms, improve communication, build social support networks, and strengthen the bond with their baby in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Postpartum Concerns
We also offer a postpartum support group that clients can join if they would like to build relatability around these topics without shame or judgement. We are here to support you in such a beautiful and complex time in your life.
