Aaron brings a wealth of experience in supporting both veterans and civilians dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger. He utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Existential Therapy, Guided Meditation, and other evidence-based methods to promote self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the ability to reframe unhealthy thoughts and behaviors.

His goal is to empower clients by helping them recognize their inner strength, develop effective coping strategies, improve communication, practice grounding techniques, and learn to set and maintain healthy boundaries.
Aaron was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with an emphasis in Percussion from the University of North Florida, and later received his Master of Science in General Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. ​Aaron has performed professionally as a musician across the United States for over 15 years. In 2021, he founded Stay Strong Counseling, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Prior to opening his practice, Aaron worked with several mental health organizations, including Big Bear Behavioral Health and Spencer's Dual Diagnosis Impatient Facility.
