How soon can I get an appointment?
After submitting our Contact Us form, someone will reach out to you within 24 hours (weekends may take longer) to schedule an appointment. Some providers may have immediate availability.

What are your rates?
Rates for services vary by provider from $125-$200/session
​
Do you take insurance?
We are only in-network with Medicare, and only Selina and Lisa. We are not in-network with any other insurance providers, however, we will submit claims on your behalf if you would like to be reimbursed for any out-of-network benefits you may have. We also accept HSA/FSA cards.
How long are the therapy sessions?
Sessions are 45-50 minutes.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, we offer telehealth sessions if requested.
