Our experienced and certified counselors help individuals who have experienced traumatic events work through their trauma and create healthy coping strategies. W provide a safe and supportive environment to explore the effects of trauma, help clients gain a better understanding of their emotions, and learn skills to better manage their mental health. We offer individual and group counseling sessions, as well as a variety of trauma-focused therapies, such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our goal is to empower each of our clients to take control of their emotional wellbeing and find a sense of hope and healing.

OCD

OCD, or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, is a mental health condition characterized by intrusive, reoccurring thoughts and/or behaviors that cause distress and interfere with daily life. Symptoms of OCD can range from mild to severe and include excessive washing, compulsive counting, hoarding, and intrusive thoughts. Treatment for OCD typically involves a combination of medication and psychotherapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help individuals manage their symptoms. At our Mental Health Counseling practice, our clinicians are experienced in helping individuals with OCD identify, challenge, and manage their symptoms.

ADHD

ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a mental health condition that affects children and adults. Symptoms include difficulty paying attention, impulsiveness, and hyperactivity. Those with ADHD often benefit from mental health counseling to develop tools to help manage the symptoms and improve their overall functioning. Our counselors specialize in helping those with ADHD understand their symptoms, learn how to cope, and develop strategies for success.
